Seven-Truths Exchange is a constructed situation whereby two individuals (Person A & Person B) will be invited to enter into a formal agreement of utmost honesty and privacy, exchanging 7 truths each. In this situation, each individual will take turns in asking the other a question and the other will be required to answer with the absolute truth. There will be 3 categories of question cards provided as a conversational aid: Personal Philosophies, Personal Stories, and Personal Friendship Questions. Individuals also have the right to construct their own questions (outside of the question cards), and the other will also have to answer.

The exchange is meant to be an exploration of the idea of absolute honesty in relationships, as well as the idea of a right time and place for being honest.
